Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Sales Associate Lawrence Oxenberg represented the seller, Mi-1 Property LLC, in the sale of a 11,975-square-foot, retail plaza located at 5052 N. Dixie Highway in Oakland Park, Florida.
Dixie Plaza, a multi-tenant retail strip shopping center, sold for $2,412,500. The deal closed June 29. The buyer was not disclosed.
The retail plaza offers excellent accessibility and visibility to major roadways and is located in a heavy retail shopping node.
