Cecilia Kawiorski

Cecilia Kawiorski joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp. in August 2017 as a lease administrator. With more than 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate management industry, Cecilia specializes in lease administration, risk mitigation, and infrastructure asset management. Her extensive experience involves a broad area to include brand management and redevelopment projects among other business qualifications within the industry. Cecilia’s portfolio management experience also encompasses retail plazas, office buildings and industrial warehouses in the U.S. as well as Regional, Luxury, and Lifestyle (Mixed-use & Office) Shopping Centers within the U.S. and Canada.

Given her multifaced experience, Ms. Kawiorski brings to Berger Commercial a unique mix which enables the firm to provide our clients with unparalleled services.

Ms. Kawiorski earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in 2004 from Florida International University, Miami, Florida. She has also completed degreeaccredited coursework in Law & Legal Studies while in the process of obtaining a Florida Sales Associate License.
