Tim Hackett Joins Berger Commercial Realty Corp. As Senior Property Manager

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Tim Hackett has joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp., as a Senior Property Manager. Berger Commercial Realty Corp., located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a full-service commercial realty brokerage and management firm.

Tim began his commercial real estate career with Sentinel Real Estate located in Atlanta, Georgia in 1997 as a Property Manager. In 2000 Tim joined Urban Retail Properties as a Property Manager with direct oversight of five community centers.  Mr. Hackett brings to the firm eleven years in the real estate management field with multi-functional expertise in project management, tenant relations and expenditure management.  His clients include Institutions, Private Investors, Receivers, REITs and Limited Partnerships.
