Steve Sockrider Joins Berger Commercial Realty Corp.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — December 7, 2009– Steve Sockrider joined Berger Commercial as Vice President of Operations. Prior to his appointment with BCRC, Mr. Sockrider served as a Sr. Vice President, Area Director in charge of Trammell Crow Company’s South Florida Development and Investment activities and previously held senior level positions with Codina Group and CMD Realty Investors. 

Steve is an an accomplished real estate professional with twenty years of investment, asset management, operations and development for owners/developers in senior roles at top commercial real estate firms.  His broad experience has been built upon institutional grade office, industrial, mixed-use, healthcare and retail segments of South Florida’s commercial real estate industry.
