Paul Herman Joins Berger Commercial Realty Corp. As Sales Associate

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Paul Herman has joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp., as a sales associate. Berger Commercial Realty Corp., located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a full-service commercial realty brokerage and management firm.

Mr. Herman has a wide range of experience in industrial/land sales and leasing as well as land development and multifamily residential development. He will be representing clients in the sales and leasing of industrial properties, as well as land and office developments.  Prior to joining the company Mr. Herman was with DR Horton, Inc. as a Development Project Manager/Entitlements Analyst. Mr. Herman, a resident of Fort Lauderdale is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Master of Arts in Real Estate as well as Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
