Under the supervision and direction of the Director of Property Management, the Senior Property Manager will perform a variety of services and tasks related to commercial (non-residential) property management. The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the implementation of policies, procedures and programs to ensure the successful management and profitability of the portfolio to which he or she is assigned. Assistant Property Manager

Berger Commercial Realty is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant Property Manager to join its outstanding team. The Assistant Property Manager will work cohesively with the team to ensure the successful management of a property or group of properties. The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs to ensure a well-managed and profitable commercial property.
