Senior Property Accountant
The Senior Property Accountant’s primary responsibility is to maintain the Skyline General Ledger for each operating property in their assigned portfolio. This role works closely with the Assistant Controller, lease administration, and accounts payable in order to produce a consistently correct set of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
The person seeking this role should have 3 – 5 years in commercial real estate property accounting and is familiar with the requirements of lease accounting in accordance with GAAP. We are seeking someone who is motivated, who will actively seek out and implement improvements to our process and who will provide an exemplary level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for working with Property Managers in the management of a property (or group of properties) in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to assure a well-managed and profitable commercial property.
