Berger Commercial Realty’s 20th anniversary is a celebration of the talented team of people who make this company one of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate brokerages and property management firms. In this spirit, we are pleased to shine the spotlight on Vice President of Property Management Gina Yehuda for her 15 years of hard work and dedication to the company’s continued success.
Since joining Berger Commercial Realty in 2002, Gina has played a vital role in developing the firm’s property management team. Her impressive understanding of property management and construction enable her to expertly analyze, negotiate and manage contracts that meet legal standards and exceed client expectations. Gina sets the standard for optimizing tenant relations and increasing property value as well as managing costs, keeping up with schedules, minimizing risk, and maximizing profit for diverse and complex projects.
Furthermore, Gina’s experience in handling government contract-related projects has also made her leadership invaluable. She has managed and supervised construction and renovation projects for agencies including the Department of Revenue, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Health, the Army Corps of Engineers, the USDA, the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles and most recently, the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
Great people make great companies and Berger Commercial Realty sincerely thanks and congratulates Gina for her 15 years of service. She has been an integral part of the firm’s success in many ways, including her role in building its property management portfolio of more than 7 million square-feet across South Florida. We look forward to many more years of working together!
