Berger Retained By Seagis Property Group To Manage 1.7 Million Sq. Ft. Property Portfolio

Fort Lauderdale, FL  — 27 February 2008 — Berger Commercial Realty Corp. was recently retained by Philadelphia-based Seagis Property Group to manage their Broward County property portfolio acquisitions totaling 1.7 million sq. ft. of office and warehouse space. This portfolio includes Flamingo Park of Commerce, Parkway Commerce Center, Cooper City Commerce Center and Palm Crossings.
