Berger Handles Sale Transactions Totaling $7,825,360 For Two Land Parcels In Fort Lauderdale, Fl.

Fort Lauderdale, FL– 13 February 2008 — Berger Commercial Realty Corp. has recently handled a total of $7,825,360 million sale transactions.

Berger Commercial Realty Corp.’s President, Lloyd C. Berger and Senior Vice President, St. George Guardabassi recently negotiated the $5,650,000 million sale of the land parcel located at SR-84 and SW 15th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Fl.  Berger Commercial Realty Corp. handled the sale transaction from Hibiscuss LLC, the seller to First Lauderdale Investments, Inc., the buyer. 

BCRC’s Senior Vice President, St. George Guardabassi recently negotiated the sale of 2.424 acres of land located at NW corner of US-1 and I-595, Fort Lauderdale, Florida for $2,175,360 million or $20.60 PSF.  Mr. Guardabassi represented the seller, Richard LaPointe in the transaction to buyer, Robovault.
