Berger Commercial Realty’s Joseph Byrnes Negotiates Sale Of Former Printing Facility

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Vice President Joseph P. Byrnes represented the seller,
Bema, Inc., in the sale of the Minuteman Press building located at 2301 S. Andrews Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Harley Depot, LLC, represented by Bobbi Ocean with Galleria International Realty, paid $780,000 for the 1965-built free-standing retail building.

“Interest in this property was strong and this sale serves as another example that the SOLO District and S. Andrews Avenue is finally ripe for investment and redevelopment,” commented Byrnes.

The deal closed May 4.

The 2,680-square-foot building is situated on 3,961 square feet of land. The buyer intends to renovate and lease the property.
