Connie Davie with Alliance Realty Group of Palm Beaches represented Liberty Motorcars, Inc. in the 3-year, 1,567-square-foot lease deal.
Vista Parkway is a two (2) building flex project comprised of 75,000 square feet of multiple flex bays, featuring 10 x 12 overhead grade level doors, decorative glass private entrances, impact glass, ample parking and exterior security lighting.
Berger Commercial Realty leases and manages the property, which is part of a portfolio consisting of approximately 500,000 square feet from Delray Beach to West Palm Beach, and has completed eight (8) transactions in 2021 to bring the property to full occupancy.
