Berger Commercial Realty Secures 62,000 Square-Feet in Lease Transactions for Landlords in Broward County

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (July 12, 2017) –

Palm Crossing South

Senior Vice President Keith Graves represented SPG Palm Crossing, LLC in leasing 9,166 square-feet of flex space to Mayor’s Jewelers of Florida, Inc. at Palm Crossing South. Located at 3440 N.W. 53rd St. in Fort Lauderdale, Palm Crossing South is a 193,107-square-foot industrial park situated on 14.63 acres just north of Commercial Boulevard. The park features lush landscaping, flexible office and warehouse floorplans, grade-level overhead doors, ample parking and immediate access to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike.

Prospect Park I

Along with Graves, Senior Sales Associate Jonathan Thiel represented AKF3 SF Light Industrial, LLC in the lease expansion of 6,662 square-feet of flex space to Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC at Prospect Park I. Located at 5211-5219 N.W. 33rd Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, Prospect Park I is a 70,874-square-foot office complex featuring a campus-style setting, flexible floorplans, round-the-clock access, and proximity to I-95, Florida’s Turnpike and Commercial Boulevard.

Lyons Tech IV

At Lyons Tech IV, located at 4811-4911 Lyons Technology Parkway in Coconut Creek, Senior Vice President Judy Dolan and Sales Associate Greg Milopoulos represented 4811 Lyons Tech Pkwy, LLC in:

  • the lease renewal of 6,248 square-feet of industrial space to PEC North America, Inc.;
  • the lease renewal of 4,686 square-feet of industrial space to Pool Pros of Coconut Creek, Inc.;
  • the lease renewal of 3,124 square-feet of industrial space to Creek Fitness, LLC;
  • the lease renewal of 1,562 square-feet of industrial space to Goldbytheinch.com;
  • and the lease renewal of 1,562 square-feet of industrial space to Bead Brite Research, LLC.

Along with Thiel, Senior Vice President Joseph Byrnes represented Rising Tide Development, LLC in the new lease of 4,228 square-feet of office space to Protection Insurance Services, Inc. and the lease renewal of 3,200 square-feet of office space to TAH Operations, LLC at Cypress Creek Executive Court. Located at 2700 W. Cypress Creek Road, Cypress Creek Executive Court is a 73,297-square-foot office building featuring ample parking, frontage on Cypress Creek Road and round-the-clock access.

Palm Crossing North

Graves also represented SPG Palm Crossing, LLC in leasing 4,000 square-feet of flex space to Orkin, LLC and 2,700 square-feet of flex space to Just Bars, Inc. at Palm Crossing North. Located at 3540 N.W. 56th St. in Fort Lauderdale, the 193,107-square-foot business park offers lush landscaping, flexible office and warehouse floor plans, and convenient access to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike.

Courthouse Legal Centre

Graves and Sales Associate John Forman represented BPA, LLC in leasing 2,862 square-feet of office space to Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, Mclain & Mangan P.A. in suite 200 at Courthouse Legal Centre, located at 888 S.E. 3rd Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. The 45,862-square-foot building offers close proximity to Broward County Courthouse and Fort Lauderdale’s central business district.

Cypress Creek Business Park

At Cypress Creek Business Park, located at 6555 Powerline Road in Fort Lauderdale, Byrnes and Thiel represented Rising Tide Development, LLC in:

  • the lease renewal of 1,950 square-feet of flex space to RX for Fleas, Inc.;
  • the lease renewal of 1,950 square-feet of flex space to Pestex, Inc.;
  • the lease renewal of 1,950 square-feet of flex space to Compulink, Inc.;
  • and the lease renewal of 1,865 square-feet of flex space to Shingle & Gibb.

The 54,600-square-foot Cypress Creek Business Park consists of two buildings and features ample parking, round-the-clock-access, frontage on Powerline Road and convenient access to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike.

Byrnes and Thiel represented Code International Investments, LLC in the lease extension of 1,656 square-feet of space to Galaxy Title & Escrow, LLC in suite 330 at Cypress Creek Tower. Located at 800 W. Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale, the 61,917-square-foot, class-A office building is located just west of I-95 on Cypress Creek Road.

Prospect Park II

Byrnes, Graves and Thiel represented AKF3 SF Light Industrial, LLC in the lease renewal of 1,522 square-feet of flex space to Select Insurance Solutions, Inc. at Prospect Park II. Located at 3323 N. W. 55th St. in Fort Lauderdale, Prospect Park II is an 82,360-square-foot business park featuring grade-level overhead doors, round-the-clock access and ample parking. Prospect Park II is located between I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike at Commercial Boulevard.

1944 Hollywood Blvd.

Dolan represented Jeffery Baxt Trust & Daniella Baxt Trust in the lease renewal of 1,150 square-feet of retail space to Hollywood Blvd. Pawn Brokers at 1944 Hollywood Blvd., a single-story retail building located just west of Young Circle in Hollywood.
