Berger Commercial Realty Secures 38,000 SF In Lease Transactions In Palm Beach County

Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International Senior Vice President Joseph Byrnes and Sales Associate Robert Dabrowski recently secured 38,339 square feet in lease transactions on behalf of landlords in Palm Beach County.

Delray Office Plaza

At Delray Office Plaza, located at 4731 W. Atlantic Blvd. in Delray Beach, Byrnes and Dabrowski represented Atlantic Avenue Properties & Investments, LLC in:

  • the new lease of 4,735 square-feet of office space to National Moving Group, Inc.;
  • the new lease of 1,586 square-feet of office space to Lytell Capital, Inc.;
  • the lease renewal of 4,926 square-feet of office space to Septic Maxx;
  • the lease renewal of 4,731 square-feet of office space to 3M Company;
  • the lease renewal of 1,255 square-feet of office space to Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services;
  • and the lease renewal of 1,171 square-feet of office space to Eglise de Dieu Beree.

Delray Office Plaza is a single-story, three-building office park featuring lush courtyards, round-the-clock access, floor-to-ceiling glass, and private entrances and bathrooms in each suite. The property is located just east of Military Trail on W. Atlantic Avenue within minutes of I-95, Florida’s Turnpike and downtown Delray Beach.

The brokers also represented Millennium One, LLC in the lease renewal and expansion of 3,103 square-feet of office space to ConVergence Technologies, Inc. at BB&T Centre. Located at 2001 Broadway in Riviera Beach, BB&T Centre is a six-story office building offering onsite banking, ample parking, and Intracoastal and ocean views. The 58,460-square-foot building is located in downtown Riviera Beach on US-1 and features direct access to Singer Island, the Port of Palm Beach and downtown West Palm Beach.

Byrnes and Dabrowski represented Woolbright Properties & Investments, LLC in leasing 1,671 square-feet of office space to Tobias & Associates, Inc. at the Woolbright Professional Building, located at 2240 Woolbright Road in Boynton Beach. The Woolbright Professional Building is a 79,204-square-foot, class-A office building located just off of I-95 on the south side of Woolbright Road just east of Congress Avenue. Dabrowski represented Congress Properties & Investments, LLC in leasing 1,667 square-feet of office space to Ligget & Webb, P.A. at Woolbright Corporate Center I, located at 1901 S. Congress Ave. in Boynton Beach. The 57,566-square-foot, four-story office building offers round-the-clock access, onsite management, signage opportunities and convenient access to I-95.

Woolbright Corporate Center II

At Woolbright Corporate Center II, located at 1903 S. Congress Ave. in Boynton Beach, Byrnes and Dabrowski represented Congress Properties & Investments, LLC in:

  • the new lease of 7,247 square-feet of office space to Trustbridge, Inc.;
  • the new lease of 4,750 square-feet of office space to Foundcare, Inc.;
  • and the lease renewal of 1,497 square-feet of office space to Sobey’s Produce, Inc. in suite 300.
