Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International Senior Vice President Joseph Byrnes and Sales Associate Robert Dabrowski recently secured 38,339 square feet in lease transactions on behalf of landlords in Palm Beach County.
Delray Office Plaza
At Delray Office Plaza, located at 4731 W. Atlantic Blvd. in Delray Beach, Byrnes and Dabrowski represented Atlantic Avenue Properties & Investments, LLC in:
- the new lease of 4,735 square-feet of office space to National Moving Group, Inc.;
- the new lease of 1,586 square-feet of office space to Lytell Capital, Inc.;
- the lease renewal of 4,926 square-feet of office space to Septic Maxx;
- the lease renewal of 4,731 square-feet of office space to 3M Company;
- the lease renewal of 1,255 square-feet of office space to Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services;
- and the lease renewal of 1,171 square-feet of office space to Eglise de Dieu Beree.
