Berger Commercial Realty Expands Property Management Team
Fort Lauderdale, FL – September 18, 2020
Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International, one of South Florida’s largest independently owned and operated commercial real estate firms, announced the hiring of Ft. Lauderdale Senior Property Manager Julia C. Johnson, LEED AP+ O&M, CSM.
Johnson will help oversee properties within the firm’s 8 million-square-foot property management portfolio.
With more than 25 years of experience in commercial property management, Johnson joins Berger Commercial’s Fort Lauderdale office from Sustainable Management Group (SMG), where she served as Projects and Sustainability Manager for the Broward County Convention Center. Johnson has also served as Property Manager with Transwestern Commercial Services, Trammell Crow Company, Terranova Corporation and Insignia/ESG, Inc.
