2008 Costar’s Power Broker Award

Fort Lauderdale, FL – 1st June 2009 Berger Commercial Realty Corp. has been named among Broward County’s 2008 Costar Power Brokers by Costar Group, Inc. for leasing and sales.

Measured against all the commercial real estate brokerage firms in the region and based on the total leasing and sales transaction volume in 2008, Berger Commercial Realty Corp. was recognized as one of the top commercial real estate firms in the South Florida region as well as in the United States by Costar’s 2008 Power Broker Award.

 Judy Dolan, Reese Stigliano, SIOR and Lloyd Berger were also included among the top individual brokers in the region.
