BERGER COMMERCIAL REALTY CORP PROMOTES JUDITH DOLAN TO VICE PRESIDENT
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- February 15, 2010--Berger Commercial Realty Corp. has announced the promotion of Judith A. Dolan from Broker Associate to Vice President of the company. Dolan currently represents owners for over one million square feet of office, flex and warehouse properties.
Dolan, who has been with Berger Commercial Realty Corp. for three years, has 12 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and also is a licensed attorney with expertise in real estate transactions. She earned a Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law in 1992 and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating Cum Laude from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.

Among Dolan’s noteworthy assignments include serving as leasing representative for Palm Crossing, a 187,000 sf flex project in the Fort Lauderdale Commerce Center; Flamingo Park of Commerce, a 267,000 sf flex project in Miramar; Regions Bank Building, North Miami Beach, a 110,000 sf mixed use office/retail property; and Pompano Citi Centre.
A resident of Dania Beach, Dolan assumes leadership roles in many South Florida non-profit organizations. In December 2009, she received the First Annual Halo Award from Heaven’s Helpers, Inc. She was named Woman of the Year by the American Business Women’s Association, Pembroke Pines Chapter and currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Advocates for Children & Families, Inc., a non-profit adoption agency in North Miami Beach. She received the Pinnacle Award from the Miramar Pembroke Chamber of Commerce, is the founder and past chairwoman of The Women’s Chamber of Commerce and a former president of the American Business Women’s Association. In addition, Dolan was named a Costar Powerbroker in 2007 and 2008.

BERGER COMMERCIAL REALTY ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF TWO ACRES OF LAND
Fort Lauderdale, FL – November 03, 2009 Berger Commercial Realty Corp. announces the sale of two acres of land located at the southeast corner of Griffin Road and SW 58th Avenue in the Town of Davie as well as the pre-leasing commencement of the Phase II of the 5700 Griffin Road project. The Buyer, 5780 Griffin Road LLC purchased the two acres from Juan & Lazara Torres on October 15th for $840,000. Reese Stigliano, SIOR of Berger Commercial Realty Corp. represented the Buyer 5780 Griffin Road LLC and Seller was represented by Joe Caprio of Joe Caprio and Company, Inc.
The principal of 5780 Griffin Road LLC, James B. Pirtle is the developer of the two story 30,000 square foot 5700 Griffin Road Building. The impetus for the land sale was due to the successful leasing of 5700 Building which is 100% leased. Stigliano, who handled the leasing of the building said, “The 5700 Building a LEED certified, hurricane resistant building will be duplicated on the new site. The demand for Phase I was extraordinary, especially in today’s economy but the great location, which is immediately west of the Florida turnpike, the green component of the building, impact glass windows and back-up generator made the building very desirable.”
Phase II will be a mirror image of the Phase I building whose anchor tenant is James B. Pirtle Construction Company. Ground breaking for Phase II is scheduled for third quarter 2010.
BERGER COMMERCIAL REALTY EXPANDS INTO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY
Fort Lauderdale,FL--July 15, 2009 -- Berger Commercial Realty has been retained by Seagis Property Group LP to manage 15 of its buildings in Miami-Dade County. The properties, zoned industrial-flex and totaling two million square feet, are located from North Dade to Kendall.
The deal is an extension of an existing alliance, with Berger currently providing management and leasing services for Seagis properties in Broward County. Seagis also owns logistically-driven properties in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

BERGER COMMERCIAL REALTY ANNOUNCES $1.4 MILLION SALE
Fort Lauderdale, FL - July 15, 2009- Berger Commercial Realty Corp. announces the $1,400,000 sale of a 2.25 Acre tract of Light Industrial Zoned land located at 9641 West Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida.
The buyer was Blue Bell Creameries, LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership and was represented by William Mankin of Colliers – Arnold of Fort Meyers, FL.
The Seller was West Atlantic Property Associates, LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Corporation and was represented by Gordon Lunt of Berger Commercial Realty Corp. of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Blue Bell Creameries intends to develop a new office/distribution facility at the location to serve the local market area. The deal closed on June 29, 2009.

Fort Lauderdale – September 8, 2008 – Berger Commercial Realty Corp. announces the $30.5 million sale of a portfolio of three (3) Self Storage facilities. The self storage facilities are all located in Palm Beach County Florida. The sale included the following properties: Safe & Secure Royal Palm Beach, a 134,000 sq.ft. facility built in 2005 located at 8970 Belvedere Road, Safe & Secure Boynton Beach a 92,000 sq.ft. facility built in 2006 located at 3010 South Congress Avenue and Safe & Secure Delray Beach a 147,000 sq.ft. facility located at 2512 North Federal Highway.
The buyer was United Stor-All Centers located in Blue Bell, PA. Reese Stigliano, SIOR, Lloyd Berger and Gordon Lunt represented the Seller, Safe & Secure Self Storage. The deal closed July 15, 2008.

Pat Montalbano from Montalbano Commercial Realty represented the buyer. BCRC leased and managed the property for the seller and was retained by Northwest Fifth Avenue LLC.

Berger represented the seller, National Constructors in the sale to Seagis Property Group. BCRC leased and managed the property for the seller and was retained by Seagis. The seller retained building six of the park. National developed the property over the last six years.
