PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Lloyd C. Berger founded Berger Commercial Realty Corp. (BCRC) in January of 1998 and has overseen the firms continued growth. Today BCRC provides management services to a portfolio in excess of 6 Million SF of commercial properties and approximately 1,000 units of multi-family residential throughout South Florida, in additon to providing brokerage and transaction services which exceeded $200,000,000 annually.
Mr. Berger provides strategic oversight on client matters and provides a framework for the efficient management and execution of carefully developed action plans. Through his extensive market knowledge and contacts Mr. Berger is able to provide value and creativity on behalf of the firm’s clients. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Berger has closed numerous transactions with tenants and principals of both local and national significance.
These would include, Providian Life Insurance, Team Health, BlockBuster Video, Radio Shack, Adler Realty Group, First American Real Estate Solutions, Pitney Bowes, The State of Florida, The Broward Sheriff's Office, and Seagis Property Group. Mr. Berger currently acts as a court appointed receiver on over 40 different cases.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to his appointment with BCRC, Keith Graves served as a Vice President of CB Richard Ellis in the Brokerage Services Group and previously held positions with national real estate firms, Insignia/ESG. Inc. and Paragon Group.
Mr. Graves provides strategic commercial real estate services to local and national companies, including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analysis, financial analysis, transaction structuring, and long-term strategic planning.
Through his knowledge and experience, he is able to create value-added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process. These valuable services facilitate a smooth transaction process and result in the client making the most advantageous decision. Mr. Graves has over 20 years experience in South Florida's commercial real estate market and a long history of transactions including, industrial, office, land and retail.

Mr. Graves’ expertise has included complex sale/leaseback transactions, traditional investment sales and general leasing for institutional owners, tenant representation and site selection. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Steve Hyatt joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp. as Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development after a successful career as Vice President of Corporate Development at AutoNation, Inc. (NYSE:AN), an $18 billion, Fortune 100 automotive retailer based in Fort Lauderdale. While at AutoNation, he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over 175 automobile dealerships in 17 states. Prior to AutoNation, Steve held senior executive positions in brokerage, development and asset management at The Galbreath Company (now Jones Lang LaSalle) and the Stiles Corporation based in Fort Lauderdale. He has extensive experience in landlord and tenant representation, land sales, as well as build to suit and speculative development projects. In the mid-90’s, these combined skills allowed Steve to play a key role in the successful repositioning and marketing of distressed assets on behalf of numerous institutional investors and lenders.
A native of Fort Lauderdale, Steve has strong market knowledge and contacts in the real estate, banking and insurance industries in South Florida. At Berger Commercial Realty Group, he is primarily responsible for sourcing new business opportunities in brokerage, asset management and development from corporate and institutional clients as well as private investors.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Reese Stigliano joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp as principal and partner in late 2006. Reese’s primary focus is in office leasing, investment sales, and land sales.
Prior to BCRC, Reese Stigliano was the Managing Partner and the founder of CPRA, a full service Real Estate Brokerage Company. The firm which was established in 1999 was sold in August of 2006 to Prudential CRES. During Reese’s last year at CPRA he was involved 26 transactions including five major investment property sales exceeding $35 million, nine land sales in excess of 250 acres and thirteen separate lease transactions.
From 1994 - 1999 Reese was Director of Development for Tambone Real Estate Development Corporation where he was responsible for new business development, land acquisition, lease negotiations, loan acquisition and investment sales. During his tenure with Tambone, Reese was directly involved in the development of over 1,500,000 square feet of industrial and office properties. Prior to Tambone, Reese was Senior Vice President with Colliers International, a national commercial real estate brokerage company in the Fort Lauderdale office.
During his 13-year career with Colliers he participated in leasing and sales transactions totaling more than 1 million square feet of office space with a combined gross aggregate value exceeding $100 million.
